Jimmy Carter talks "Faith," North Korea diplomacy and Russia

In a wide-ranging interview with "CBS This Morning" co-host Norah O'Donnell, former President Jimmy Carter says he believes U.S. talks with North Korea could lead to that country's denuclearization. The 93-year-old Nobel Peace Prize recipient is out with a new book, "Faith: A Journey for All." He also discusses President Trump's stance on Russia.
